YOU JUST NEVER KNOW........

After a long intermission, War-Line is now in the process of renewing its efforts against virtual kiddie porn and other hard core porn. It is going to be impossible to do that with any integrity without first reporting on allegations that a well-known protester previously associated with War-Line molested his own daughter. As bitter as that pill is to swallow, War-Line will proceed with the same honesty that has always been War-Line policy.

In short, several months ago War-Line received a report that someone closely associated with War-Line had, according to his daughter, molested her as a child. War-Line labored with what measures to take. After a long and difficult and very sad decision-making process War-Line asked the person to take a polygraph (lie detector) test so that the matter could be laid to rest once and for all.

In essence, the protester declined to take the polygraph, stating that he did not have the $450.00 to pay for the test. War-Line patiently waited for several more months in the sincere hope that the protester would change his mind, both for his own sake and the sake of War-Line. Unfortunately, that has not happened.

On Thursday, March 19. 2009, two women who had made the allegation that the daughter of the protester had told them she had been molested by her own father took a polygraph test in a city not far from Louisville. Both women took the polygraph and the examiner found no indication of deception on the part of either of them. In other words, after close questioning of the women and careful review of the graphs the examiner found no reason to believe the women were lying.

War-Line then contacted the protester by email and advised the protester of the polygraph results. Of course, War-Line did not and would never reveal the identities of the women. The protester apparently chose not to contact War-Line in response to the email.

On this date War-Line contacted the protester by phone and was told by the protester that he had been advised not to discuss the matter with War-Line. Actually, the protester stated that he "was not allowed to talk" to War-Line founder and president John Reneer.

War-Line wants to clearly and fairly state that the allegations and the results of the tests taken by the women are NOT evidience of any wrongdoing by the protester. Having said that, War-Line does firmly believe in the reliability of polygraph results generally. The reader is encouraged to review information regarding the reliability of such tests by pulling up any web site pertaining to that matter.

As previously indicated, War-Line is no longer associated with the particluar protester being discussed. War-Line is in the process at this time of writing a detailed disclaimer totally disassociating War-Line from the protester, and will reveal the name of the protester at the same time War-Line posts that disclaimer. The disclaimer will be posted within the next two days or less. It may be posted as early as tonight if time permits its completion this afternoon.

War-Line encourages every reader to understand that War-Line is making no accusation, but is merely reporting facts as they exist. War-Line does not want to unduly influence any sentiment, either for or against any person in any circumstances. Having said that, War-Line will continue to fairly report facts and let the chips fall wherever they fall.

War-Line would be remiss if it failed to acknowledge appreciation to the women taking the poolygraph. They did so at their own expense without complaint.

More very, very soon.
